Tina has been an executive partner of Goodwin & Co Lawyers since 2013. Her areas of expertise include real estate development, business migration, corporate acquisitions, restructuring, due diligence and commercial litigation. Tina has advised on a wide range of Chinese enterprises in Australia, including in the education, nursing, entertainment, agricultural, mining and finance sectors. She specializes in foreign business investment enterprises and business migration for those investors. Tina Hua obtained her Bachelor of Law in China before coming to Australia to further her legal studies. She successfully completed the three year of full-time study required Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Bond University Law School in only two years. She has since been admitted to practice as a solicitor in multiple jurisdictions including the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW) and the High Court of Australia. Tina is also a registered migration agent. Outside of the office, Tina is a regular participant of various charitable activities in the Australian-Chinese community and enjoys promoting legal knowledge and awareness to the broader community. She has written columns on legal issues for multiple local media outlets and has presented several investment law lectures. In 2014, Tina was invited to record and produce two TV programs, “Do’s and don’ts of real property investments” and “How to protect your assets before and after marriage” for Rainbow TV, a national Australian Chinese TV station.
